Anyone use it? I have made the green tea from the leaves and I will say it helps a chest cold very well as an expectorant. I have some dried leaves stored in a box but haven not smoked it. I pulled the roots yesterday and washed them. I plan to chop them up and make a tincture. If you have made a tincture let me know your experience please. Its a trial and error project at this point. My plan is to fill a mason jar about 1/2 full of chopped root, fill with vodka, let it set for 6-8 weeks and strain. Any advice is welcome.
FYI-Last year I had some terrible congestion and drank the tea 2xs per day and by day 3 I was fine. My wife wouldnt try it and stayed on meds and fought it for about 2 -3 weeks.

how much do you put in the tea? i've seen some good patches of it lately but don't have a clue how to go about using it.

My bad mods, Move it to the general forum please.
Buzzard I chopped up the leaves (5-6) and seeped it in water for a few hours. Just strain it through a coffee filter or paper towel to remove the lil fine hairs. Drink about 8 oz each dose. Tastes like grass but its very tolerable.
