I work in it every day too and the last thing I want to do is be in the heat when Im not working. Did a early season Kansas hunt one year. Heat was unreal. Hunted in nothing but my drawers and a lot of bug spray.

To each their own! But I've never had no desire to kill velvet Buck deers, and i've had plenty of opportunities to do just that.....

When I was young I hunted the Glades during archery and it was oppressively hot and humid with lots of bugs. Couldn’t sit too long that time of year or during muzzleloader season. Mosquitoes were bad.

Hell, I won't even hunt in South Bama in November/December when it warms up. Just not enjoyable.
