I’m more worried about the Reverend Freeze wooing him away from Bama with promises to fix his ACT scores, duffle bags of cold hard cash, new house for the parents, and of course, the reverend’s favorite mode of influence for 17 and 18 yr olds (Hookers), and him ending up on the Plains. J/K Nah, thinking about it more, it won’t/can’t happen. This Kid probably actually wants to win a few football games while he’s in college. I guess all the talk about Bama’s demise and the almost certain upcoming recruiting fall off/failures is coming into full view and fruition now. Hope nobody on here “bet the farm” on that one. NCAA is going to have to come up with a new rule limiting the total number of 5 stars allowed on a single roster at any given time. With the new playoff format, do y’all think Bama can get both their first and second teams in?

Kid said He wants to go to Bama to help get to NFL and He knows Bama’s track record of getting Running Backs drafted to NFL- excellent. If I remember correctly Hugh Freeze has never had a Running Back drafted to NFL that He has coached. Auburn is not a threat in this Kids recruitment.

What Alabama did has nothing to do with Deboer either. Auburn has thrown a few decent running backs in the NFL lol.

The word committed means nothing. This kid is still in high school, he'll have plenty of opportunities to flip by next season. I don't understand why people get so fired up about next year's recruiting class when recent experience shows that those early commits rarely end of where they early commit to.
I just read where players at Oklahoma State have scan codes on their helmets to contribute to their NIL fund. Coach Gundy told his players "tell your agents to stop calling me for more money!". That's the current state of college athletics. That is usually pretty true except that this kid graduates in Jan probably. So he will like sign early. He was committed to Ole Miss and recommitted from them to commit to Bama. Schools are trying to get their 2025 guys worked out now. Really they want them worked out by spring. But this is actually a later commit. Not an early commit.

Nope, just picking on some of the barners that thought that Reverend Hugh was the second coming of Lord Saban. This kid will probably flip 2 dozen times between now and when he signs, and there is a very good chance that whomever he does sign with, will not have him on the roster a year or two later. Freeze is a decent coach, but not who you'd want leading a major program. Honestly dont know why so many on here were so excited about him.
