That is all because really the two parties aren't the democrats and republicans. It is really the uniparty and the republicans. The uniparty is large, comprising many RINOs and all of the democrats. The true republicans are a smaller group. This is why in several times past, the "republicans" held both houses of Congress and the White House and did NOTHING.

Real good point, they had power but could not work together within the party. Tim Waltz has full power in Minnessota and that's why he has passed may liberal bills. Republicans never cut govt spending or cut govt programs. Which is supposed to be their #1 priority as a conservative party. Conservative is first about smaller limited government.

Also a reason why Kamala will have a chance in Nov. Tim Waltz is going to appeal to those in the "uniparty".

The bottom line is very simple. We have not had a true Republican in the White House since Reagan and even then... Reagan was sort of a California Republican.

We are getting screwed by these people. George H Bush was CIA. A total snake in the grass who was all about "globalization". If you go back to his speeches that was abundantly clear. He also wanted to take your guns away. We all know what Clinton was up to. Somehow we elected RHINO #2 George W. Another Washington insider based on the fact that the Bush Family has been in politics for what? Decades. Forever.

Y'all took the bait. 2 Wars Later look at us now. Call it 3 wars maybe 4 at this point. Where's all those Weapons of Mass Destruction. How's Iraq? Free or an Iranian proxy State? What about Afghanistan?

What did Trump do? Spent even more money. BUT he had a real economic plan so that's something a little different. Also Republicans been losing for about a Decade and needed to get some money to their districts and over spent. Ok.

The problem is Republicans as a political force are LOSERS. Dam good at it.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Spot on Goat. I got to thinking about it the other day and other than the Trump tax cuts and occasional cheap energy, I really can’t think of much the Republican party has actually delivered on a national scale to its base voters since I’ve been voting age. I’m talking legislation, not judicial appointments though those definitely were big. Republicans (really one RINO) killed the repeal of the ACA. They passed no child left behind and started the DOE. They haven’t cut a dime of spending on anything. They expanded the spy state and infringed on Americans civil liberties on a massive level. They passed the massive spending bills with the Democrats that brought on crippling inflation. The list could go on for days. The more I look back at it the more I truly believe that the America first agenda is the last hope to right the ship. If our opposition party can’t be forced in to being the actual opposition then there’s no point in casting a vote for either side. I don’t expect Trump to fix it all, but I expect him to force the RINO’s to go along with the agenda or to step aside.

I think you are Spot on CeeHawk. I love to hear Trump saying he is going to cut the Dept of Education. But 100% guarantee he will not once he is President. Republicans never cut govt. I would be fine if we cut the Dept of Education and continued to pay the empoyees to sit at home. We don't need the federal oversite. Fed needs to give money back to the States and allow them to manage their own education system. This would be great move for Republicans to show we are being conservative.

Republicans have moved to the center on Abortion now that Trump has come out in support of Abortion in certain situations. That will pull in the middle, they just need to get hardcore on cutting govt and govt spending.

We talk about the Democrats telling their voting base the DNC is pizzing down their backs and telling them it's raining....

Look in the mirror. Look at the Republican Party. What have they done? Absolutely Nothing. ALL that have happened since George W's 2nd term with the Republican Party has been to compromise with the Democrats and lose. Continually now for 15+ years.

Look at our National Debt since Obama took office and that alone tell you everything you need to understand. The Democrats didn't do this alone. They had help from Republicans.

It is critical that elected officials are not installed for lifetime appointments like Richard Shelby who headed a coup and clearly did nothing to represent his actual voting base. He orchestrated the passing of Biden's agenda. He did it on the way out because he was a Democrat all along. These a-holes that flipped parties because they couldn't get elected as Democrats are THE PROBLEM.

That's how you and I and the great State or Alabama are helping. We should be one of the most Conservative simply based on our voting base... we are NOT. The reason is because we elect whoever Mitch tells us to Elect. NOT who will actually represent the people of this State.

Yep. I am not uniting behind someone just because they have an R by their name. Many of them are just as bad as the democrats.

This is the game. Republicans in Alabama only have to win the Primary. Then they automatically win the general election and are now the Govenor. So when they win the first term they are automatically going to win the second term. So they don't give a rats azz what the citizens think, they are going to pass a 10 cents gas tax which should never even be an option for a conservative elected official.

Ever since George W left office, he’s been pretty quiet and reserved for the most part. The last big event I remember him raising his head up and speaking out was at his dad’s funeral and another time he was showing off his paintings to Conan O’Brien or one of the other late night shows.

Based on that pattern of behavior, I highly doubt his next big appearance is gonna be jumping ship and speaking at the DNC. Just seems out of the ordinary.

Pretty sure it was a psyop to get viewers watching. 2.0 I doubt would cross lines that brazenly.
I guess the rumor of Beyoncé gonna be there too wasn’t true either.

Say what you will bout Bush Jr. he did have enough sense to go to his ranch in Texas and keep his mouth shut when he left office. Obama on the other hand is still running the Dem show and he don't care who knows it.

He had a private meeting at a Texas Rangers game with Joe Biden just a couple weeks ago. GWB has been operating behind the scenes for a long time. That family is corrupt through and through and they are billionaires with fingers in everything.
