[video:youtube] https://youtu.be/Lem2HAoba7k?si=gwdyXe5bdjU7tGeP[/video] Sounds like a lot of us need to reach deep into the pockets and go order more seed. This guy recommends planting 40 pounds of clover per acre! On a side note, how do yall embed the video into the post instead of just posting the link?

At $300 + per acre I can’t justify it.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

I have had great success with Whitetail clover, but it struggles with the dry summers. I tried durana, it wasn't any better, and the deer like Whitetail better. I just ordered 36 pounds of it for $219, once you buy from them, they send you deals.
I planted some arrowleaf last year and it did very well, so I am interested to see how much of it re-establishes. It grows taller than other clovers, its almost like a bush. Deer seem to like it, and I just broadcast clay peas into it, which gives them something to grow on. That seemed to do pretty well too.
