Never done one but thinking about looking into one this year. What state and outfitter yall had good luck out of? I know the weather can change patterns and birds etc etc. But y’all have some good recommendations, for a hunt and maybe a lodge? Thanks.

Mallard Landing was good 4 years ago but I haven't used them in awhile.

All I can say is get ready to open the checkbook. I used to be able to join a duck lease in MS or AR for what a 3 day hunt goes for now.

$600-800 a hunt. Usually a 2 hunt minimum. Usually hunt in the morning. Maybe an optional speck hunt in the afternoon.

The further north you can stand to travel, the better it will be.

I’ve came to the conclusion it’s cheaper to just pay the tickets in Alabama if you get caught over bait. And just run the risk.

I got a buddy of mine that does guided hunts in Arkansas for pretty reasonable prices he’s got 30+ blinds and plenty of references if your interested shoot me a pm

My hunting buddy tries to get me to go to Canada every year. They leave on Thursday for this years trip. I just can't pay $5000 to kill some birds. Though in fairness it is a bunch of birds. They tear them up every year.
