Louisiana or Crystals. Only put it on spaghetti or jambalaya. Not sure why but it completes those 2 dishes.

I make my own ghost pepper sauce from what I grow in my garden. I used to grow habaneros too and make hot sauces, but I can get them at the Mexican grocery store in town year round so I quit growing them. I like the Dave's Gourmet Hot Sauce line as well.... especially the Insanity Sauce. I do like to Tobasco on eggs too.
If you every find yourself in Eufaula, AL there a little wing place called Things and Wings in town close to the ABC store. Their hottest sauce on the menu is called the Terminator sauce, but they have one that's not on the menu called Psycho sauce. That stuff is some count. Honorable mention to the Hangry level dry rub at Hangry Joes in Cullman, but be prepared to sign a waiver or they won't serve it to you.

blade what is your favorite from bama sunshine? I went to their site because of your post and they all look great but I don't like stuff that is too hot! I like the one with the white label that says original. I dont like it real hot either and this has enough spice to call it hot sauce, but it has a real good flavor. You are supposed to refrigerate after opening, but honestly i dont know how many bottles we used before we read that on the label.😂😂😂

Dunks from Fosters Al is probably some of the hottest and best tasting I've had. I buy several bottles each year at his booth at Christmas on the River in Demopolis.

Alabama Sunshine makes a very short run of peanut brittle usually around thanksgiving. They make plain and hot/spicy, the best peanut brittle I’ve ever eaten. The spicy is delicious. Great little company.

I use Crystals but Louisiana is probably my favorite along with Tabasco Chipotle and Sriracha
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

Tapatio is my favorite - it's not very hot, but adds a lot of flavor.
