booner OP 8 point Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 1,322 AL	First time trying to make a pizza. Smoked/grilled some boneless skinless thighs and made my valiant attempt at a BBQ Chicken Pizza. Honestly, I doubt I will buy another Papa John’s from here out. Only thing I’d do differently is to make my own dough. Still needs a little tweaking.. but was worth the effort.

The last time though, I went to a local pizza place and bought dough balls from them. I couldn’t beat that at $1 a piece. Made the whole process a lot more enjoyable.
