No. If that was the case then car makers, knife makers, including kitchen knives, fertilizer makers, pesticide makers, pharmaceutical makers, chainsaw makers, axe makers, bow makers, broadhead makers, rope makers, and countless other goods manufacturers can all be held accountable if their product is used to intentionally kill someone.
