And it has came out the kids threat was unsubstantiated meaning they couldn’t say for a fact he was the one that made the threat.

Now if they can then it’s also on the authorities so arrest them too!!!!

I can only imagine the backlog as we go after authorities that did not prevent someone’s death because they let out someone, didn’t arrest someone or anything thing to thwart another persons death.

I’m torn on how this is playing out. The previous parents that were charged did play a role, I’m not so sure here. I do know this won’t play well in the long run if it stands.
