Liable maybe for something but criminally charged for murder no. Slippery slope Father was aware his son had made threats online, and proceeded to buy him an AR-15 for Christmas. His father is absolutely liable for murder. Those kids’ blood is on his hands. Agree. Put gun in a gun safe. It's simple.
