Anybody seeing any? Thought I might try it North of the Mobile Causeway on Monday.

Best teal hunts I've ever been on, we just took off and went. Can be finished in 5-10 minutes one morning and not see a teal the next.

Yes-Sir.....they don't hang around long for the most part. Gotta' try.....sunrises are nice should they be a no-show.

I’m going when it opens up in FL next Saturday. We have teal/wood combo first 5 days then teal only for rest of our early season. Probably try to find teal at my friend’s property in AL. So far he hasn’t found them. I know it’s usually hit or miss early. I’m psyched. Ate my last 6 duck breasts and need to restock. Hopefully they show up as I will not be able to hunt again until December as my busy season starts.

Make sure you purchase your special, rainbow teal privilege tags, for Alabama.

No teal for me this morning. Luckily I didn’t have any rainbow teal, got checked by the game wardens.

All this rain and flooded areas won’t help the teal season this year, I’m afraid.

If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them then someday you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.

Where’s all this rain you speak of? We’ve been dry as a bone for a while. Watering holes are dried up from Bham south for the most part.

I’d thought it would have helped bring the birds to more open water, being dry.

Open skinny water with food is money.
One reason I like to keep some low areas natural or planted for em
