Why was the mfer only charged with robbery ? Why was there not an attempted murder charge ?

They always come back. I have seen it numerous times. All they do is visit family and then cross back over and go back to the place they were working. Within 3 months they are back like they never left.

It would be robbery and assault. The reason you don't see many attempted murders is because the state has to prove their intention was killing them. If they confess that was their intention then you are good but just shooting someone does not prove it. I have seen a case where the suspect fired once and the defense argued that if he had desired to kill, he would have emptied the gun.

1. I would NEVER let a stranger in my vehicle under these circumstances.
2. Under these circumstances I would have cleared the “jam” and completed the task.
3. What kind of idiot “throws” his weapon and gives the aggressor access to it?
4. I would have pointed to the glove box, on his side of the vehicle, and said “the money is there, take it, the moment that he reached for the glove box is when I would have reacted.

I know Champ, the D.A., he will do all that he can with this case. However, this illegal has found him a home here and will remain here until someone kills him.

It’s a win win for the folks pulling the strings. Drop them off in our backyard, on our dime and the ones who get in trouble get sent to a private prison owned by the same sobs that got them here in the first place. Who’s paying to have him hospitalized? Who paid for his internet access/phone/computer for him to post the marketplace ad in the first place?
