I would also recommend a pump vs auto for an inexperienced shooter. We store ours with an empty chamber, safety off, but the trigger already pulled so that it's a simple rack and fire.

I bought 3 of the 12ga bull pups and they are some fun to shoot but you can definitely burn through some shells. So far so good with 0 jams but we do shoot the faster shells.

A single armed, 80lb woman, in a city apartment complex, with a gimpy leg, a 3rd grade education, in 3rd floor apartment being assaulted by Venezuelan Gang who have paramilitary training. I think the pump might not be an option and recoil and length and weight are all considerations.

Was talking to a law enforcement friend of mine and he was saying that the AR pistol would be his choice. He was lamenting on the fact that the motorcycle officers get to carry them but he has the rifle AR.

So they are carrying Armalites? If not then they are carrying gas operated, magazine fed, semi-automatic rifles. grin
Sorry, couldn't resist,

touche.

I am not an AR person. But don't all the manufacturers refer to their guns as AR-15 models? I'm not trying to be a smartbutt. Is that like saying 1911 or is it different?

I really don't know.

If I change it to .28 gauge with a shiny gold trigger, can I get the AK variety?

410 with TSS? What about a Judge with 410 TSS? seems kind of mean.

Yeah, a lot of them do but not all of them. Diamondback calls there's a DB15 and others call theirs something to go along with their brand. It is indeed like referring to a 1911. I'm just having fun with ya. grin
