Yall think that’s expensive? Yall would chit to duck lease prices around here. I have a buddy that that gets double that for 1,300 acres. Yeah. Bump that. Main reason I don’t duck hunt but once every 2-3 years now. Used to have leases in Ms and Ar for 2k/yr including a place to stay. Would hunt about every other week. Them days are long gone for me.
