Who has used it? I was able to get some to try this year. Any tips, expectations? How does it perform compared to crimson? Longevity? I would ultimately like to get my plots primarily clover based.

Thanks

companion is a perennial ladino and will spend it's first 4-6mths getting roots developed, Crimson is a cool season annual. Companion yr 2 will give you good fall and spring yields. Summer and winter can be iffy depending on Heat/Drought and cold. its a good clover for sure but not as hardy as some others. Soil test and follow recommendations and you will be fine. Cleth for grasses
You can expect 3-5 years from the companion depending on how you care for it.
