I've smoked several and takes little patience and SKILL! Might be best to use one of those pellet ovens ifn ya haven't never did one 😁

Chuck has the best fat content. Put that thang in a deep roasting pan with all the veggies and heavily seasoned liquid on the BGE with heavy smoke at 300 degrees for an hour, cover with foil then choke it down to 200 for a few more.

You could do beef tips and rice. Cut it in chunks, add beef broth, cook it low and slow in a crock pot until it’s fork tender. Add more beef broth, rice, can of golden mushroom soup. Cook till rice is tender.
