Have track of land we burnt Saturday and with all this rain had me thinking about topseeding a spot with fall mix. Any thoughts?

I would if its been burned, should get good soil contact. Cheapest way out is buy a couple bags of Wheat and a bag of oats. Mix them 2-1 and throw it. I almost guarantee it will come up. I spilled some in my gravel and its already up. You can also come back with clover of your choice and top sow

It’ll work, but I don’t burn my plots unless I’m gonna disc them. It works better for me to top sow in standing, green material and bushhogging after spreading the seed and fertilizer.
