Never heard anybody making jelly out of French Mulberry. I may have to try that. Nothing else, it’ll be a good conversational side. I have had kudzu jelly before, though.

Millions on my place haha, how many does it take to make that amount of jelly? That was about 4.5 cups of berries, took me 5 mins to pick that many

It’s really good, haven’t tried it on anything other than licking the spoon when I got done. A little more tart than a grape or blackberry jelly
Might try letting them lay out on the counter for a few days and ripen up more....

I’ve had some and love that it tends toward tartness over being too sweet. Beauty berry has a lot of medicinal uses also. Great plant to have a lot of.
If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them then someday you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.

Did you check on the proper head space for that. Most jelly/preserves are 1/2 inch and it looks like u have a lot more. Recipe said 1/2” and I just kind of eyeballed it. I’m probably going to have to pull it out and re boil it to add some more pectin anyway because it’s not wanting to set up
