With the right PH - Buck Buster's and WMS Deer Magnet are good choices. but there is a lot more out there. If you have enough money, Whitetail Institute.

There’s no need in getting complicated with a fall blend…… You’re just increasing planting costs……

There are some things in a particular area a deer just dont like to eat. No need in planting that unless you just like a pretty foodplot. Itll be nice and pretty because nothing is eating it. Figure out what your deer like and plant it. Might take a couple years of planting a little bit of everything but theyll tell you what they like. Wasting your time planting turnip greens right here, they wont eat them but a couple miles up the road they eat them.

There is nothing complicated about planting a good blend of seed. Plenty of good ones out there and most of them carry you thru deer season and turkey season.
Plant the best you can afford and research before you plant. Research the seed blend that works best in your area and research your soil with soil test to determine what types of seed blends fit you soil along with what fertilizer you need.
This is not complicated, just the smart thing to do!

Wax Supreme (wheat oats rye clover) with a little extra clover and greens works for this area

Oats and wheat. Drag it to cover. Then come back and hand spread some clover.
