Her surgeon actually mentioned that he would get her Broviac (central line) replaced before we went home at rounds this morning. That’s the first mention we have heard of home! We still have a ways to go probably another 5 days in ICU if all goes well then step down, so please pray for a smooth transition from the vent and no setbacks.

We have seen two absolutely tragedies here today, which broke our hearts all over again. We were close enough to where they are Saturday and Sunday that we know what they were going through and it broke our hearts. know I ask for a lot but please pray for all of these children’s hospitals families there is heart break around every door here.

Thank you to everyone who has taken even a minute of their time to pray for Susannah you will never know what it means to us.

Pretty much any nurse will tell you that as a patient improves they tend to become a more difficult patient to control so her belligerence towards the bed is good news.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
