Wow.lmao
Yeah any Ruger rifle is not going to be consistent compared to a tikka
But we all know goat boy is full of chit.blahblah blah never ending
Yeah Ruger American rifles shoot fair for a kids first Tupperware rifle or a savage both econo options but no where near the refinement of the trigger and lapped barrel of a tikka.its no comparison I've owned them all

The Hawkeye rifles are hit and miss also.my Hawkeye is an exception it's super accurate but I know not all are but they are not the plastic economy crap an American is...
If you want consistency at same price by Tikka, Browning, bergara leave the kids and wimmons cheap economy guns for them .

I only own one factory rifle now and it's a Tikka all the rest are custom rifles.its really hard to sell rifles that shoot 1/4" out the box
And the Tikka actions make a great platform for a custom rifle also

Unfortunately Ruger has sucked since bill Ruger passed and can only make revolvers as much as its sad to say.mini 14 maybe ok.lol
Maybe these super over priced Marlins ard good idk I'll never buy one

I also used to feel the same about the blondish color of quilted maple but after years of learning all the varieties of maple wood I like it.id take a quilted maple stocked rifle quick
