Whoa Nelly ! The two licenses required for killing a Deer in OK come out to $710 for a non-resident. I could be wrong on this, but it looks like each weapon change requires it's own tag
for a non-Res. The "base" State license is $209 , and the "additional" license or tag for NR Deer is $501.

This all changed on July 1st. It was 400ish several years ago.

Ok has changed licensing this year. You have to buy an out-of-state 5day ($75) or annual ($209) hunting license, then the tags for chosen method but you get all the tags for the method limit. So archery ($501) you get two bucks and four does. Gun or BP also ($501) you get one buck and three does. So cheapest way out now is $576 for the five day. I hunt there and it changed this year and this is the way I understand it to the best of my knowledge

The five day license is not valid for Turkey, Deer, Elk, Antelope, Waterfowl, Bear, or Quail.

Small game only ?

I lived in Ok for 7 years. Established residency. The hunting was awesome. Even on public. Back then out of state license and tags were pretty cheap. You do have to buy separate tags for the different seasons unless that has changed.

My close family friends live in Texas and hunt west Oklahoma on their farm they own. That’s ridiculous. I’ll bet they are mad

My best friend in HS was from OK. He and his dad tried to talk me into "moving" down there long enough to get a lifetime license. Wish I would have.
