I went on the Skyline site and best I can figure, if you look at this calendar, you can hunt squirrels if it's not a red day: Is this correct?

You can hunt Bankhead as long as there isn’t a Gun hunt. From my house to the middle of Bankhead, say Grayson, is 65 miles. I was hoping to find a place close in, like in Harvest, Toney, Hazel Green, etc

I was hoping to find a place close in, like in Harvest, Toney, Hazel Green, etc Don't know what caliber you're using, but if you have any ties to the Govt or military, there is Redstone Arsenal.

BowtechDan, .36 bp ml flintlock. I'm pretty sure Arsenal is shotgun only. Retired, but I do have a recreation pass.
