If it just a few leaks set it on some saw horses and fill it half full of water. Get underneath and circle each leak with a sharpie. Dumb the water out and let it dry and just JB-weld over the leak areas. I did this to one years ago and it was bone dry afterwards.

Sometimes if the rivets are you loose and you can't get to them a sledge on one side of the rivet and hitting the other with a hammer can tighten them up
We will burn that bridge when we get there

Thought I ruined one due to running a 3” water pump in it resetting pilings a few years ago. Lots of rivets vibrated loose. A little Flex Seal fixed that problem.

We got a little boat at the lease that has about 3 inches of water in the back after about 2hrs of pond fishing. Would you apply the JB Weld on inside, outside, both sides, or does it matter?

Honestly dont remember but I think I did both sides where I could.
