You old heads that have used it. How did you use it? I tried searching for it but every link known to man with “scent” in it pulled up. Spray it on you ? Around you? Yellowjacket attractant?

Something to pay attention to, note to self. I started using Duke Cannon “Buffalo Trace” soap recently for GP everyday use. When I hunt I usually use Dead Down Wind or Wild Boar Man soap.
Anyways, I noticed the horses can’t get enough of smelling me since I’ve been using it and twice I was out at the ranch to include today and two different bucks casually walked right in on me from down wind smelling the air.
Generally, animals where I hunt aren’t too bothered by me because I wipe my sweat on old tshirts hanging around food areas, this was different. I heard Irish spring does the same……..

It piques their curiosity. Does and young bucks have a tendency to walk over to a bush I've sprayed it on and sniff it. Can't say I've ever had a big buck pay it any attention.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Used it years ago a few times. Can’t say it helped draw any deer in but I don’t recall it ever causing one to blow at me either.

I mixed up a gal and have experimented with it some. I find that deer in general pay no attention to it. I have sprayed it all over trees in food plots and watched bucks walk within a few feet of it and never turn their head. By nature, deer are curious about new smells on their world, but this doesn't seem to affect them at all. I would like to know which human smell triggers a deer the most.

Well, just made a batch. It's unique for sure. I'll play around with it here at the house first. My initial impression is i'd just stay with a vanilla scent.

Paging Swampfever!!! I know it has distilled water, vanilla extract, anise oil. That’s all I can remember, PM Swampy he’s got the recipe.
