Yep, that RHD is a good deal as long as you don't intend to do a suspension lift. I say that because it can be a little difficult to do a suspension lift on a RHD one unless you're capable of fabbing a couple of custom parts. Kits are available, but typically from overseas.
If you plan to leave it stock or just do a small coil spacer lift, then you should be good to go.
