You ever smelled an elk they literally stink and can be smelled from a good ways away. Gross

Yes they do!! But a big bull moose smells even worse. I came across a bull moose in northern Idaho and oh my gosh did that thing stink. I smelled it long before I saw it.

They might stink, but both elk meat and especially moose meat are superior to deer meat in my opinion.

Hate when they long arm deer like that, can't get an accurate idea of how big it really is.

And you're opinion is correct. Had Elk steaks last week, mighty fine. A feller that's never had Elk or Moose can take good cuts out of all three , cook them the same way and he'll feed the deer to the dog.

I guess there guys get paid good from u tube, hard to believe the advertisers afford enough income to float around and hunt. If it pays the bills and is legal, more power to em.
