I threw my grunt call in the garbage years ago. So did I. Right along with the decoy. All I ever did was run deer to the next counties with them. I had great luck with em 20 plus years ago, but when everyone in the club is using a grunt, bleat, and doe pee pee now at the same time it's kinda funny 🤣 Deer be like ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/SQ37mNww/wtf-what-the-frak.gif)

I've grunted in a pile of deer over the years. Don't get to carried away with it and don't be super loud. Just do some short grunts and leave it at that. Don't try to do the long "bawls" like you see the TV hunters do on deer up North. I've always had best results if you grunt when the sun is just getting up into the trees in the morning and just before it drops down behind the trees in the evenings.
