I have been testing 140 grain Accubond loads today.
Load one. 48.5 grains of IMR 4350 speed 2588.
Load two. 58.0 grains of H4831SC speed 3000
Both loads were equally accurate. Not great but plenty accurate enough. I’m not a great shooter. My question is since both are close in accuracy should I go with the hotter faster load or the slower load??? My goal is plenty of damage and blood. Which load would you shoot all things considered?????

Your typical shot is under 300 yards? Or you in the woods deep? The 4350 will do the job just.as the 4831 will. I'm a big believer that self confidence helps shooters because they practice more when not getting beaten up by recoil.
Skinny is my EX.Alcohol was involved.

Which load has the lowest extreme spread so that shot to shot consistency is at it's best ?

It means it was the most accurate load tested in the gun at the Nosler factory and that data may be 30 years old. It has very little correlation with what may be the most accurate load in your gun. When looking at the data above, I'm going to start with the powder which I have in my stock, has the most velocity potential and is close to 100% case fill. I'll try that powder with a load close to max and run tests with 3 or 4 seating depths to see which gives the best accuracy. After determining the best OAL, then I'll adjust the powder charge for velocity and accuracy.

So I chose Nosler most accurate loads to save time. My rifle is not finicky and as stated above. I have old eyes and I’m not a great shooter. 😁

RL26. If you got it, there's your answer 59.5grs and a 150gr Partition or accubond over 3000 fps 1/2 MOA

I'd go with the 4831sc all day. No way am I giving up 400 fps when both give the same accuracy.
