Believe it or not, the full price for the best Chef school in the country is at a Junior College rate. Look up LCI, Louisiana Culinary Institute. If your kid is smart and wants to be a world class chef thats the place, and its cheap, its under the Louisiana JUCO system. The student does have to pass the application process which is not for dummies. Not to mention, their food is covered, and all of the students get paid professional cooking work while they are there. He's fed the Manning family several times already at the LSU banquets.

I’ve known a few guys that have been personal chefs. One guy was at duck camp and worked for serval famous folks.

This is the best beef I’ve ever had but not sure if they’re still in business

Mama used get 'em 25 years or so ago, i caught lots of good Catfish on some of the steaks, she wasn't too happy though when she found out was using as bait 🤣 Later on she used to send us some steaks and the apple thangy majiggers that was purty good
