Go see a local butcher, if you have one, and buy yourself some good prime grade steaks. I chose to send my son to the best Culinary School in the country. Seemed like it would be cheaper in the long run to just pay for a lifetime chef than worry about the price of a good steak.:D

Believe it or not, the full price for the best Chef school in the country is at a Junior College rate. Look up LCI, Louisiana Culinary Institute. If your kid is smart and wants to be a world class chef thats the place, and its cheap, its under the Louisiana JUCO system. The student does have to pass the application process which is not for dummies. Not to mention, their food is covered, and all of the students get paid professional cooking work while they are there. He's fed the Manning family several times already at the LSU banquets.

I’ve known a few guys that have been personal chefs. One guy was at duck camp and worked for serval famous folks. This is the best beef I’ve ever had but not sure if they’re still in business Used to get steaks at the CoOp before Covid https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15ZjXruhgd/?mibextid=GOdwvm

I believe one of our sponsors sells beef cuts. I haven't had any because I am not close but this might be a good option: Diamond J bar L Ranch
