I'd go huntin' till he paid me back or the new owner ran me off . If the new owner ran me off before season was over , I'd have Mr. Dean in small claims court for a prorated refund.

I would go hunt and tell him to hire a lawyer I'd probably talk to mine beforehand, but unless he advised me against it I'd hunt until my refund was in my hand. That's a pretty crappy way for him to handle things and his management strategies deserve the same respect he has shown you.

Oh man that's terrible. Good luck finding needed info. IMO, as long as he has your money you're part of the club that's left. I paid, I hunt. Bottom line. You don't get to take my f'ing money then say I can't hunt. Either give me my money now, or I hunt. There is no other solution Start now charge him interest. Let him know so know surprises like he did you. And let him know that too. Yep, Yep, Yep, and Yep - piss on them. I'd shoot everything that was legal and pile my truck up with guests with the same instructions. All of this.

Yeah with there still being club property and your dues are paid then you should be hunting until a full refund of your dues
This is one I’d tell them that we can go to court and I’m guessing you’ll get a complete refund
