Your post inspired me cartervj…the corner store had a bottle of Yellowstone Toasted 100prf on their clearance rack and I thought, why not? I’m not a fan of “finished” bourbons and would have preferred their straight whiskey offering but this one was nicely done and made for a great pour. BCLC my son and DIL bought me this same bottle at Christmas last year, opened it while playing a game of Dominos with family, got 1/2 way through the bottle (my son pouring) before we finished game. Well when 58 yr old arse tried getting off the floor cushion I was sitting on lets just say I realized it was good stuff. Got up early next am and made coffee and no bad residual side effects except a few less brain cells. I have a bottle in the cabinet as I'm typing waiting on Christmas. lol
