My family has got a 1/1 with an attached 1 car garage ground floor condo coming available, it is located at Longleaf Villas off of West Longleaf.
This is a quiet condo community with a lot of grad students, lowkey undergrads, some young families and local young professionals.
This is a gated community and this unit is privately owned/managed by my family.
Sick of these giant corporate landlords with terrible customer service, here you go.
Move in will be 8/1/25 & run through 7/31/2026
Included in rent is water, cable, internet, pool and trash.
Tenant is responsible for electric bill.
Tiger Transit picks up at the front of the property.
Rent is $1,100 per month.
This is a pet friendly unit, up to two max.
