Not exactly the same, but I put a raised comb surshot stock on a Rem 870 a few years ago and it drastically changed the point of aim to the point I had to go back.
I've interchanged stocks on Rem 700s and 7400s the past few years and it never really impacts them since they're scoped but I always shoot some paper before hunting with.
