I planted at Thanksgiving last year when we finally started getting a little rain. Cereals came up fine. I just re-planted last weekend with these rains and my plots are up and going.

I plan on throwing the remaining seed I have left out today. Haven’t had rain in a month and a half. Some have come up, but hoping this rain will get them going. I won’t fertilize till next rain fall

I'm gonna top seed some more cereal rye next week during smokepole. Good chance of rain Tuesday.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Yards in my neighborhood in Birmingham are still summer time green. Soil temps are still well above average so I think you could plant in central AL for the next few weeks.

Just planted my Dad's property yesterday in Gordo. I think we are catching the rain right.

Planted in Bibb co Sunday. The rain last week gave us moisture to soften the ground then the rain today did it right. We still have half our property to plant 8 more acres or so but we will do that next week with plenty of moisture in the ground.
