Didn't do much at all Saturday watch some games and cooked a few ribs (and few chops can't find pic) and maybe couple other small things 😁 My Favorite Rib cut too cook is St Louis, and i'll pick through 'em all to find ribs that's purty equal in size and shape (which can be hard sometimes cause apparently some folks are lacking knife skills) just so they finish about the same time, but the Wife won't and just grabs whatever 😄 Anyways the Wifey had these in the freezer that she picked up so i just pulled the membrane and tossed on the Smoker, and heck after little magic, they turnt out mighty good and was done around the same time! I'd been wanting some BBQ sauce (naw they didn't need it) so i slathered these bad boys with some Stubbs sticky sweet. And seeing as i had to stoke the fire some right at dusk, i tossed few pieces of Crawfish Boudin & some Pork Boudin on the fire to nibble on 🙂

Fine looking racks. You are right about the ribs being cut bad. Sometimes I'm thinking the ribs look more like half a butt

That’s what a perfect slab of ribs looks like.

Looks great! I don’t mean to hijack your thread, but I have a question for some of you rib folks. Are beef ribs better than pork ribs? What’s your favorite and why?

To me they’re very different. I like both though but it seems beef are little trickier to do correctly

Yep definitely can turn out shoe leather if not done right lol. I've done a few and they were pretty good, but i just prefer pork. But now since he mentioned them, i might grab some soon to cook, probably been 5 years or so since i cooked any.

I’ve chunked a few and had to order pizza. 😂

Ribs the night before thanksgiving might be on the agenda now. Done flung a craving
