Things will/are changing. Not waiting 10 years. We have veteran hunters that have killed numerous deer hunting over corn. Takes the work out of it. I have scouted looking for rubs,trails droppings, seems folks don’t want to put in the time for this. Plant a field,,,,,bag of corn ,,,,,,,, and sit tight. Yes some bring several bags every time they show up to hunt.

I took my daughter 5 years before she killed her first gobbler. She’s 23 now and has taken a half dozen gobblers all on Skyline. I can honestly say she’s never been in a blind or sat waiting over plots to kill one. That girl has the same fire in her gut now to take a beating from those nightmare birds as I do. Instant gratification has almost ruined this past crop of kids on hunting.She wouldn’t date a guy because he bragged about killing a gobbler over corn.😳
