Don’t need a saw to take a deer apart. All I need is a good 3-4” fixed blade knife and about 45 mins. Won’t be anything laying there but a hide and a pile of guts and bones.
I’ve gutted a pile of deer but never deboned one. I’m going to have to get proficient at it. If you don’t figure it out before January I’ll show you how at the Uchee skinning shed

600 feet of rope and a portable winch I have questions. How heavy is that thing? How does it work? Do you chain it to a tree or something? Connect it to a strap around a tree. That one weight about 27 pounds. They have one that's 20 pounds. I got a backpack with a frame and shelf to carry it. Also considering a Hawk crawler cart to transport the winch.

I want an electric winch that's portable and can be ratchet strapped to a tree. A couple small lithium 12 volt batteries and I think it could work. We drug one out of oakmulgee on a cart that took us 3 hours. It was miserable
We will burn that bridge when we get there

That is quite possibly the worst way to get one out of the woods.

Me and buddy hauled a doe out like that one time. This was probably 10 years ago. Never again.
At least yall had enough sense to take the guts out and lighten the load. We didn’t. lol.
