How's the hunting that time of year?

Jan 15th through the end of season, it is on, and could be on absolute fire, any day during that period.

I’ve hunted in every direction around Camden over the years. Definitely starts good around the 15th. Where are you hunting?

On the river some where all I know right now

I’d pick the last week in January and first week into February. The ruts going to rut, but you will see better activity when the weather cooperates in that time frame.

Great hunting along most parts of the river.

It's been several years ago now, but when we had our lease in Snow Hill (a dozen or so miles east of Camden), our rut had settled down and was in a bit of a lull by the end of the month. The week of MLK was always on fire, though.
