Gaetz is in congress and his seat is very much intact. No formal jobs have been accepted until after inauguration day, but the mission was achieved. A bunch of rats got exposed. Next up will be another terrifying prospect against the machine. Trump is running the rats all over the place.

He was never in the Senate. But he could be appointed to fill Rubio's seat potentially. But also he got re-elected to the next congress, he only resigned from the current congress. He could go back if he wanted to.

I guess the Capitol Hill tour he did yesterday with Vance didn't go well.

Or the House Ethics Committee being told of another sexual encounter with a 17 year old. Either some more concrete evidence appeared or Gaetz isn’t liking the idea of a constant stream of accusations long term. It’s difficult to know what’s legit or not since McCarthy has spent so much money trying to get revenge on him.

I think someone said this the day he appointed him, this might have been the plan all along in some way. A smoke screen or getting heads exploding for a bit for some reason so the next person looks better. Who knows, have to think that Trump and Gaetz knew this was going to be the outcome.

Gaetz is nominated for Atty Gen, Gaetz resigns fron the House, Big uproar with Deep State Senators and Lefties over his confirmation so he removes his name from consideration, Gov Desantis then fills Sen Rubio's vacated seat with Gaetz as a new US Senator to drive the same Deep state Senators and lefties crazy!!

What is wrong with these clowns up there? I thought they were supposed to be working for us and not having sex parties etc. What a bunch of degenerates, that have been elected to high offices. Is there anyone up there who's hands and hearts are not filthy? Is there no shame in them anymore?

I see it as Republicans doing what they do best . It gets tough they fold .

This isn't some 4D Trump play, he picked a guy that has no shame that he thought would be loyal to him and get after the folks at the DOJ. It was a bad pick that wasn't properly vetted and never had a chance to succeed. He resigned from his House of Representative seat for the 118 Congress and can not return. He was re-elected to the same seat for the 119 Congress and can be seated when that session convenes on January 3, 2025.

Unfortunately most of them are probably compromised. Not saying gaetz is perfect but I think something else is at play here. The establishment would have got him a while back if stuff was there but they found no wrongdoing. I do know this it brought out the rinos for us to see again. I bet the next pick will be just as threatening then what they gonna say. When the establishment feels the shitt gonna hit the fan they will dig up every text and life history to try and blackball folks and not many folks are squeaky clean that’s just how it is.
