Keltec installed and warrantied the Mcarbo upgrade kit. the kit upgrades various parts of the pistol to better materials and higher performance. Keltec also installed a Mcarbo Operator sight mount and the Crimson Trace is installed on it. Pistol has never been fired except at the Keltec factory to confirm the upgrades. All the replaced factory parts are also included as is the letter from Keltec confirming the upgrades.
