Probably just the same as everywhere else he has been. Yep! Give the man some time.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

It will take 4 seasons to get an idea as to how DeBoer will pan out. He has to get his type of players inserted to be able to operate the type of team He wants. Like said above it will take some time.

He will do fine as long as he gets through Stage 1 which is overcoming unrealistic fan expectations.

Growing pains. Big time. 2 losses to unranked teams is dang near as low as u can get. 1 was bad enough. 2, well, that’s almost unforgivable. I fully expect Bama to miss the playoffs. And we should.

No offense - but he inherited one of the most talented teams in the country build by Saban and has one of the top classes in the country now about to sign. 4 seasons are for guys that need to build a roster depth and talent. For a re-build - not for a freaking well oiled machine that has a stud factory!!! With the portal - 3 years tops. He has underachieved some this year but it is his first year. He likely has to get a portal qb - along with few other portals I did not see much of okie game but it sounded like milroe sucked. He has made it to playoffs before - i was thinking he could again based off him running more. It seemed like it was possible until the oakie buzz saw so thats why i mention portal qb
And not trying to rip ya or yank your chain - because Hugh is the biggest underachiever out there this year - but he is doing total rebuild - we were the opposite of a stud factory But Debower will likely work out just fine

Too many; so a couple will probably exit. Lonergan may go to baseball.

Offense will be fine once Deboer gets “his” QB in place. One that fits his offense and can effectively and efficiently run the system Deboer wants to run, and that can’t happen til Milroe is gone. Deboer has been forced to try to drive a round peg into a square hole all year long with Milroe and make it work in the toughest conference in FBS. Defense…. IMO, its going to require a complete blow up, new DC, and new program. The “swarm” needs to be sprayed with RAID and killed. Most pitiful defense Bama has had on the field in a very long time I hate the swarm type defenses. Flying to the football. It is too easily manipulated by good offensive schemes and play calling. It causes players to over play and over run and not play to keys.

Husky Harsin inherited a loaded team. Should have given Simpson a try. Saban wasn’t afraid to swap QBs even in a championship game. His Qb for his system? He’s got a dual threat and a pro style on the team now. But his dual threat obviously can’t run it and Deboer obviously doesn't have the balls to deal with the rest of the team and the blowback of benching “their boy”, as they refer to him, and perceived leader, to put in the fairly mobile, pro style guy and give him a legit shot it. Saban did it to Hurts but he had full control of the team and the locker room at the time. Deboer doesn’t. Milroe owns that team until he’s gone. Deboer is in a really tough spot.

I hope he doesnt get a portal qb - you usually hav growing pains with a new unproven qb - not all young 5 stars are Tuia’s
He had one of the top 3 rosters in college football this year is what he had
