Last week I hunted a wildlife management area and when I tried to check in and out on the app, the screen turns white. Everything else on the app works so it’s not a problem with cell service. Anyone else having this issue or have any thoughts?

Had that happen this morning. Rebooted my phone and saw it properly checked me in. Our guberment money at work.

Thanks. I tried rebooting my phone and still had the same thing happen. I guess there is a number I can call tomorrow.

If I try and log a kill on my phone app the county page will not load. Tried rebooting my phone still no work. Works fine on desktop computer.

Check for app updates. Mine did the same thing until I updated the app..

A little side bar re the app, bought a no resident fishing license two days before trip got checked by a very friendly GW I and he tried to pull it up on the app with no success I had copied the receipt and showed that to him he stated first I would never have written you a ticket due to the app not working and second he said the app sucks on their side and thinks it will be several years before it is effective. Ours in Fl. seems to be a little better not any issues yet

Worked great for all of us that killed a deer Saturday. Easy and fast. Great job by DCNR coming up with this system.
