I’ve hauled out a bunch of em with a Badlands Superday pack, which is my normal deer hunting pack. In the end, a 200# whitetail aint a damn elk and I see no reason to use a frame pack. Carry nothing but the deboned meat and it really aint all that much weight. I carry a lawn and garden bag with me to line the pack to put the meat in the main compartment and there is usually a good amount of room on top of the meat bag for other stuff. Everything that resides in one of the other pockets stays in that same pocket. Clothes lashed to the outside of the pack via the integral lashing straps. Nothing to it; usually don’t even rest on the way out, a mile plus in, and I’m nearly 50 years old. I carry the head in one hand and my weapon in the other on the hike out.

I have an old Arc'teryx Bora 95. No longer made, but can be found on Ebay for under 200 bucks.

I bought a badlands 2200 and it will definitely do the job. Realistically you could do it with a smaller option though. If you can learn to cut the legs at the knee and elbow joints, you don’t have to debone it all in the field and it makes it much more compact. The first few does I hauled out with a standard size backpack and my clothes bunjee’d to the outside of the backpack. You don’t have to get to elaborate for a whitetail. A lumbar strap and nice shoulder straps will make it more comfortable hauling it out.

I've got a badlands 2200 that has done a pretty good job for a few years now, but some of the buckles started slipping a bit hauling elk quarters this year.

Looking at upgrading to either a Stone Glacier or Exo.
