I wanted to inform you south Bama guys and you north Bama guys that make it south down to the Mobile area of a new taxidermist. Matt Frantz is his name, not sure of his business name just yet. I know Matt personally as he’s a good friend of mine’s nephew. He’s young and has a small family to take care of. Matt recently finished his taxidermy schooling and hands on training and has been doing some side taxidermy work while working a full time job.

I have used Charles “Artisticwhitetails” on here for many years. Since I’ve moved back to south Bama I haven’t been able to get him some deer I’ve had in the freezer for sometime. My stand up freezer with all my capes went out and fortunately I caught it before everything ruined. I was in a pickle to get these capes in safe hands. I reached out to Matt and he was gracious enough to meet me on short notice. I decided to let Matt mount a couple of deer for me to help support his new venture. I’m very glad I made that decision as his work and attention to detail was very good!! Here are the two deer he’s mounted for me so far. I’ll be taking him this years buck in the near future.

That’s good looking work there. Steve told me the other day that Matt was mounting deer. Might have to use him when I need one mounted. By the looks of it, Steve and his boys gonna keep him busy too!!

Steve frantz insurance guy that piddles with the Drury folks? He (one I'm referring to) want us to quote a job for 'em several months back, but we just couldn't get to it unfortunately.
