I was told a long time ago if you take care of the land it will take care of you Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Make sure the contract takes care of you all in case someone later wants out. This will give the owners first option on it. We did this on a small tract in Lauderdale County and I wish I wouldnt have gotten rid of my part. My friends still invite me up a time or two a year and we have a good time together. I am glad it worked out well for my friends. I can't stand a thief.
