Go to google and check tripod stands. Cabelas had some for $225 - defender tripod stand. Had some cheaper to. I will keep my eye out. Camden coast to coast store - that guy got a lot of stands - not sure if be got a tripod - he use to
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Yep I picked up one last year and it's purty decent. It's the game winner brand We have 7 of the these. The only issue we had was the seats were to low. We ordered the adjustable boat seat pedestals and changed out them out. Pull the little pin adjust to height desired and sit in comfort the entire hunt.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

Man I got about 4 of the portable 12’ ones that are pretty dang cool. The seats just don’t last in the weather. You can fold it up, put it on your shoulder and take it anywhere. They were under 100.00 when I got mine. Looks like sportsman’s guide discontinued them

Is there any affordable tripod stands still made? Walmart made a short, sturdy tripod a while back - they were cheap and they sold truckloads of those things. I can’t find anything comparable. And prices for a decent tripod stand are unbelievable. I had to find some this past offseason... so I feel your pain. Ended up with five - three 15 footers and two 10 footers. Got a brand new cutover we needed observation stands on.

got 2 from acadamy sports 10 ft they where 129.00 each . they are nice . Academy’s website doesn’t have a 10 ft version currently. They have a single seat tripod and a double seat quadpod. The single is out of stock anyway.

If anybody ever hunts with you consider a quad pod. I hunt with my boys most of the time. However, this stand is going to be in an extremely remote “back 40” clearcut. I’ll probably be solo walking to this one.
