let me tell you something Broccoli leaves are as good as any collard green you have eaten just cook as you would collard

well I learned by accident cooked a bunch thinking it was collard and a few days later I discovred it was broccoli looked it up and low and behold very nutritious
I am drinking from my saucer cause my cup has overflowed. Thank you Lord
