How are you guys prepping your foot traps these days? I recently saw a guy prepping with Zep floor wax on YT. I’ve been out of the game for a while because of kids but I’d like to get my gear cleaned up and ready

I don't wax but I use conibears only. They are dangerous enough without wax

New ones, I boil in dawn, then dye, then dip in wax. Overkill I know, but works for me.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Clean them with hot water and dawn
Use a dark acrylic enamel to spray paint them
When they dry then they get dipped in wax

I use this as well.

So do you still wax them after you use this?

Nope. It leaves a layer on them.
